Start with the result you need.
Tell us what must happen in production: the product, rate, space, quality requirement and operator needs. You do not have to choose the robot first.
We review the product and variants, complete moving payload, required cycle, reach, orientation changes, available space, upstream and downstream equipment, operator interaction, changeovers and environmental constraints. From that, we define the robot architecture, product presentation, end-of-arm tooling, sensing, controls and safeguarding concept.
The objective is one accountable route through the interfaces that make an automation cell work: mechanical design, electrical design, PLC and robot programming, functional safety, machine communications, build, testing, installation and training.
Use our guides to understand what a complete robot integrator should deliver and the factors that shape robot cell cost and payback.
Performance is application-specific
Published platform specifications are useful for screening options, but final robot selection and cell performance are confirmed against the real product, tooling, path and surrounding process. Acceptance criteria should state the production conditions under which output, quality and recovery will be demonstrated.
